1. 60-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you can ask for a full refund within 60 days of your purchase date.
2. How to ask. Email emaildevdude@gmail.com from the address you bought with, or include your order number. A subject line of “Refund” is enough, and you do not need to give a reason.
3. What happens next. We confirm within one business day and refund your original payment method as quickly as we can. Your bank may take additional business days to show it.
4. Full amount. We refund everything you paid us. Currency-conversion and foreign-transaction fees are set by your bank or PayPal, so we cannot refund those.
5. Nothing to return. You do not need to delete or send anything back.
6. Mistakes. If you buy twice by accident, or buy by mistake, we will refund you in full.
7. After 60 days. Purchases older than 60 days are not covered by this guarantee. If something has gone wrong, contact us anyway and we will always try to help.
8. Please talk to us first. Emailing us is faster than a chargeback.
9. Fair use. We may decline a refund where there is clear evidence of abuse, such as buying and refunding repeatedly.
10. Your legal rights. This guarantee is in addition to, and does not limit, your rights under the consumer laws of your country (including the UK, Canada and Australia).
